M.I.S developed the Facing Review model in collaboration with the Main Company (Coca Cola) to address the needs of manufacturers and retailers. This model provides retail marketing and sales teams with a detailed view of product strengths and weaknesses during customer interactions. Using an advanced collection system, we document all products in a category, including competitors, to gather data on availability, expiration dates, pricing, equipment, visibility, planogram adherence, and more. Findings are documented with shelf and category images.

At the administrative level, the reporting system is tailored to the companies’ structure and needs, providing real time information necessary for managerial decision making at every level. Operationally, it enables the setting of goals for sales managers and facilitates performance- based rewards. The exception alert system allows field personnel to address issues promptly and accurately. Data collected at sales points is automatically integrated into the companies’ information systems and reflected in internal administrative reports.
